SPA POLICY SPA POLICY RESERVATIONS It is always recommended to book any treatment in advance, in order to guarantee the possibility of | to be received on the date you wish. CANCELLATION POLICY A cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of 100% of the treatment or program that has not been canceled at least 48 hours in advance. We emphasize that delays in arriving at treatment will limit the duration of the treatment, thus reducing its full benefit. ARRIVAL The SPA recommends that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. VOUCHERS Our VOUCHERS are valid for 4 or 6 months. After the validity of the Voucher has passed, maximum 6 months, you can still enjoy it by paying a fee of €20/person or treatment. To benefit from the VOUCHER, we would appreciate it if you could contact us via the usual means [ WhatsApp, Email ], saying that you are benefiting from a Voucher!
