SPA POLICY SPA POLICY Spa Policy | Group Policy Last update: March 2026 1. Scope These conditions govern services, bookings, vouchers and prepaid programs at SWAN.DAY.SPA. Use of our services implies full acceptance of this policy under Portuguese law. 2. Reservations All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after validation and, where applicable, deposit payment. 3. Deposits Individual bookings may require a deposit to secure the appointment time. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment value. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-show appointments are charged at 100% of the booked treatment value. 5. Packages & Prepaid Programs Packages and prepaid programs are non-refundable. In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, the session is considered used. Rescheduling is permitted but deposits are non-refundable. 6. Vouchers Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of use. 7. Health Conditions Clients must inform the Spa of any relevant medical conditions prior to treatment. SWAN.DAY.SPA reserves the right to adapt or refuse treatment where necessary for safety reasons. 8. Force Majeure Exceptional and duly documented circumstances may be reviewed by Management without constituting an automatic obligation of refund. 9. Applicable Law These conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
