GROUP POLICY

1. DEFINITION OF A GROUP

A group booking is defined as any reservation involving two or more participants scheduled for the same date or coordinated experience.

2. CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT

All group reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated booking value in order to secure the time slots and therapist allocation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled treatments.

3. ORGANISER RESPONSIBILITY

The person making the reservation acts as the sole point of contact with SWAN.DAY.SPA and is responsible for communicating these terms and conditions to all participants.

4. CHANGES & REDUCTION OF PARTICIPANTS

Any reduction in the number of participants must be communicated at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. Reductions made after this period do not entitle the group to deposit reimbursement or adjustment.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-show participants are charged at 100% of the booked treatment value.

6. CHILDREN & MINORS

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Certain treatments may not be suitable for children and remain subject to professional evaluation and safety criteria.

7. HEALTH CONDITIONS

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to booking. SWAN.DAY.SPA reserves the right to adapt, postpone or refuse treatment where safety may be compromised.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Exceptional and duly documented circumstances may be reviewed by Management without constituting an automatic obligation of refund.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
