SPA POLICY SPA POLICY Spa Policy | Group Policy Last update: March 2026 SCOPE These terms and conditions regulate the provision of services, reservations, vouchers and prepaid programs at SWAN.DAY.SPA. The use of our services implies full acceptance of this policy. These conditions are applied in accordance with the principles of good faith, contractual balance and the applicable Portuguese legislation. RESERVATIONS All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation. A reservation is only considered valid after formal confirmation and, when applicable, payment of a deposit or the full amount. The deposit guarantees the exclusive reservation of the selected time slot. CANCELLATION POLICY Treatments are reserved exclusively for each guest. For this reason, late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering the reserved time slot to other clients. Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may result in the loss of the deposit and/or the session being considered as used, in the case of vouchers or prepaid programs. In case of no-show, 100% of the reserved treatment value is due. ARRIVAL Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may proportionally reduce the effective treatment time while the full treatment price remains applicable. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in cancellation of the appointment. VOUCHERS Our vouchers are valid for 3 or 6 months, depending on the conditions indicated at the time of issue. Voucher extension after expiry As an exceptional measure, a single extension may be granted within a maximum additional period of 6 months, subject to payment of: • 30% of the current treatment value (for 3-month vouchers) • 40% of the current treatment value (for 6-month vouchers) The amount will never be lower than the difference between the amount originally paid and the current price of the treatment at the time of renewal. After the maximum additional period has elapsed, the voucher expires permanently. Official booking channel Voucher reservations must be made exclusively through the official SWAN.DAY.SPA WhatsApp channel, indicating the client’s full name, treatment and voucher number or photo. Requests via phone call, SMS, social media or email are not considered valid booking requests. Health conditions Clients must inform us in advance of any relevant medical condition, including oncology conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, allergies or any pathology that may influence the treatment. SWAN.DAY.SPA reserves the right to adapt, postpone or refuse any service for safety reasons. In-spa and remote purchases Vouchers purchased in person at the Spa are non-refundable after purchase, except in case of a material error attributable to the Spa. Purchases made remotely (including WhatsApp or online) benefit from the right of withdrawal within 14 days, provided that no booking has been made and the voucher has not been used. Once a booking is made, the client waives this right. Non-refund policy Vouchers cannot be converted into cash and are not refundable after booking or use, regardless of the payment method, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. No refunds will be issued once the program has started or if it has been partially used. MANIFEST ERRORS In the event of a manifest pricing error identified before the use of the service, the client may choose either to regularize the price difference or request cancellation with a full refund.
